Right now we are two designers taking care of all Design topics including the Web application, iOS application, Branding, Marketing and the Landing page. Each Designer takes projects from A to Z meaning initial research, conducting user research until finally creating the marketing material. Each of us in the design team has a very different background and creative outlets and share a genuine curiosity.
At REO we put a lot emphasis on impact, speed and user value. We also take time to find better ways to work, use new tools and adopt new technologies — for us, this is an essential part of work. Knowledge shares happen every 4 weeks and everyone can present their topic of choice.
